THE BIG PICTURE
1. Jeff Bezos on How to Win in Business
Jeff Bezos literally wrote the playbook for how to win in business.
This snippet from his 2015 annual letter to Amazon shareholders sums it up.

The takeaway
Keep creating more. The key is volume.

GROWTH TACTICS
2. On Listing Free vs. Paid Books
Free books get a lot of downloads but fewer readers read them.
Paid books get fewer downloads but more readers read them.
People value things they pay for.
If your metric is about the number of downloads, opt for free.
If your metric is about people taking action, opt for paid.
(I’ve done both, and I talked why I offered a book I published a while ago for free here)

COURSE UPDATE
3. Write a Book Quickly (Using AI the Right Way)
I just pre-launched the next iteration of my “4-Week Write Your Book on the Side” system.
It’s a course that will help you write and publish a bestselling nonfiction book in just four weeks (using AI to write it quickly and in your own voice).
The course used so be a live cohort-based course, but I’m now building a couple of different versions of it (with updated content).
There will be limited seats when I launch it so if you’re interested in getting notified as soon as it’s out, click here to fill in your info:

I lose subscribers every time I send a newsletter
But I also gain a few in between
Losing subscribers used to bother me when I was starting out building email lists
Now I think like a politician
I can't please everyone, so as long as the net gain > net loss, I'm satisfied

ONE-MINUTE HACKS
5. A Quick Side Gig Hack You Can Apply Today
Craft a title that does four things:
Grab attention (will it make someone curious?)
Explain the outcome (what will the reader gain?)
Explain the audience (who is this for?)
Include keywords (are the words familiar & likely to show up in organic searches?)
You don’t need all four, but more is better.
