THE BIG PICTURE
1. You’ll Never Please Everyone
I write short books for busy managers
I stick to short books because that’s what I enjoy reading: straight to the point, no fluff, all substance.
But that style isn’t for everyone.
Some people love it. Others don’t.
Take this example from one of my books:
Same general feedback, two completely different ratings:
1-star review: The book is short.
5-star review: The book is short.
You can’t please everyone.
So write what feels right to you.

COURSE NOW OPEN
3. Interested in Writing a Book?
I recently launched my course, the “4-Week Write Your Book on the Side” system.
It has helped people like Michael vom Feld (see testimonial above) write his first book and have it hit the bestseller list in four categories in under 4 weeks.
P.S. Here’s an email I got from someone who started taking the course and already has a title ready after just one week.

ONE-MINUTE HACKS
5. A Quick Side Gig Hack You Can Apply Today
I learned a great tip from Alex Hormozi’s newsletter.
He recommends you write a simple email to your leads with the following format:
"Are you still looking to [achieve specific goal]?"
That's it. Don’t add a fancy intro or any pitches.
Some examples he gives are:
"Are you still looking to lose those last 20 pounds?"
"Are you still trying to hire senior developers?"
I tried it by emailed folks who haven’t engaged in a while if they’re still interested in writing a book and got replies from many who never responded before (and made a couple of sales).
So it works!
